Technology Product Executive – Devices Team

About the role

As a Technology Product Executive within the Devices team, you will shape the performance and experience of mobile and connected devices across our portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end technology readiness, from early validation through commercial launch and in‑life optimisation, ensuring customers receive reliable and innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead device technology readiness, covering validation, launch preparation and post‑launch performance monitoring.
• Translate strategy and customer insights into technical delivery plans, working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, drive quality standards and continuously improve device introduction processes.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering and operations teams to align product performance with market expectations.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness of the mobile and connected‑device market.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions.
• Experience in risk management and quality‑driven product development.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
