About the role

Join Circet UK as a Telecommunications Engineer based in Belfast, delivering repair and maintenance of broadband, telephony and TV services. You will ensure high‑quality installations, educate customers on their services, and uphold the company’s standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and maintain broadband, telephony and TV services.
• Complete all work to Circet UK quality standards and client requirements.
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and enquiries.
• Comply with health and safety, environmental, data protection and fleet policies.
• Participate in required training and development activities.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo full training provided by the company.
• Ability to work on‑site in Belfast and deliver excellent customer service.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
