Telemarketing / Lead Generation Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing B2B team in Chandler's Ford. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads through outbound calls, supporting our sales and technical teams, and helping to build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual lead‑generation targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update data quality in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow‑up calls, nurture prospects, and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on call outcomes and lead activity.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Resilient, proactive and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
