Telesales Agent – Customer Promotions & Retentions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Agent to join our Customer Promotions & Retentions team. You will work on the phone with existing customers, helping them get the most out of their telecom services while protecting revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Call newly onboarded customers to confirm setup and identify upsell opportunities such as better routers, priority installs or energy deals.
• Handle cancellation requests and convert them into retained contracts or upgraded services.
• Support customers during moves, managing contract changes and fee recalculations to ensure seamless service.
• Own personal sales numbers and meet individual targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, retentions or customer promotions within telecoms, broadband, utilities, insurance or similar subscription‑based sectors.
• Track record of successful upselling or cross‑selling over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to save accounts that were at risk of leaving.
• Comfortable working with a CRM system and meeting KPIs under pressure.
