Telesales Agent – Customer Retention & Upsell (Horsham)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Agent to join our Customer Promotion & Retentions team in Horsham. You will use your proven phone‑selling skills to retain existing customers, upsell additional services and ensure a seamless experience when they move or change contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Call newly onboarded customers to verify setup and identify value‑adding opportunities such as tech support, upgraded routers, priority installs or energy deals.
• Intercept cancellation requests and convert them into retained contracts or additional sales.
• Manage contract changes and fee recalculations for customers who are moving homes, keeping service continuity.
• Own personal sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, retentions or customer promotions, preferably within telecoms, broadband, utilities, insurance or similar subscription services.
• Track record of successful upselling or cross‑selling over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to save accounts at risk of churn.
• Comfort working under pressure to meet KPIs.
