Telesales Agent – Warm Leads – Competitive Salary

About the role

Join a fast‑paced sales team that helps tenants set up essential utilities when moving into a new home. You will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads and focus on matching customers with the best energy, broadband and TV packages.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automated dialler to warm leads only.
• Assist customers in setting up utilities such as energy, broadband and TV for their new residence.
• Match customers with the most suitable packages and handle objections professionally.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets with the support of coaching.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Confident, clear communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• Target‑driven with a positive attitude and resilience.
• Motivated by results and able to learn quickly.
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Competitive individual who thrives in a team environment.
