Telesales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join LWC Drinks as a Telesales & Customer Service Representative, working from the Heathfield depot. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, build relationships with existing and potential customers, and support the delivery of bar and sundry supplies across the South West.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, including complaints, queries, and order processing.
• Generate outbound calls from a daily diary to retain accounts and upsell products.
• Report technical faults on behalf of customers and arrange deliveries.
• Promote LWC Drinks’ own‑brand products and promotional brochures.
• Maintain strong relationships with account managers and assist with their administrative needs.
• Perform office administration tasks such as sorting post, filing, and confirming orders.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good product knowledge of beverage supplies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
• Proficiency with the Trinity system.
