Telesales Operative – B2B Lead Generator

About the role

FRP is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Telesales Operative to join its small in‑house team in Sheffield. The position focuses on outbound calls to company directors, identifying financial distress and qualifying leads for further consultation. Training is provided, and the role can expand to handling inbound enquiries over time.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound leads by contacting company directors and assessing potential financial or insolvency concerns.
• Conduct fact‑finding, qualify prospects, and book consultations for senior consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• As experience grows, manage inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat enquiries.
• Operate in a target‑driven environment with clear performance incentives.

Required profile

• No prior insolvency experience required; full training will be provided.
• Background in B2B sales, banking, finance, telesales, lead generation, or customer‑focused roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of data and calls while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook and standard office applications.
