About the role
We are seeking a Temporary Estate Operative to support the upkeep of high‑end residential buildings in the City of London. This short‑term position offers flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to join a leading property management company.
Key responsibilities
- Perform janitorial duties in communal areas, including waste management, hoovering, polishing and sweeping.
- Inspect buildings daily, reporting any internal or communal defects to the Property Manager.
- Replace light bulbs and carry out minor repairs as needed.
- Undertake ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Report security, health and safety issues, incidents and complaints promptly.
- Take appropriate action during emergencies.
