Temporary Estate Operative – Residential (London)

About the role
We are seeking a Temporary Estate Operative to work in high‑end, 5‑star residential buildings in and around the City of London. The role is on a temporary basis, offering flexible shifts and the chance to gain experience with a leading property management company.
Key responsibilities
- Perform janitorial maintenance of communal areas, including waste zones, to keep the building tidy and presentable.
- Conduct daily inspections, report internal and communal defects to the Property Manager or Building Operators.
- Hoover, polish, sweep communal spaces and entrances; pick up litter as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and carry out minor repairs when required.
- Complete ad‑hoc tasks directed by management.
- Report security, health & safety issues, incidents and complaints accurately.
- Take appropriate action in emergencies.
