Territory Manager – Build Your Own Estate Agency Business

About the role

YOPA is seeking experienced estate agents to become Territory Managers within its franchise network. You will run your own portfolio of postcodes, generate and convert leads, and grow a profitable property business while benefiting from YOPA’s technology‑led platform and central support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of postcodes, handling the full sales cycle from valuation to completion.
• Generate and convert high‑quality leads provided by YOPA’s central team, and pursue self‑generated leads for additional incentives.
• Set your own commission rates, including No Sale, No Fee options, and oversee any team you choose to employ.
• Maintain relationships with customers, conveyancers and YOPA’s sister company Scout Financial Services.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team and utilise monthly marketing budgets to raise local visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estate agent with a track record of valuing, listing and selling homes.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own agenda and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market and customer service standards.
