Territory Manager – Estate Agency Franchise

About the role

YOPA is seeking experienced estate agents to become Territory Managers within its franchise network. You will run your own portfolio of postcodes, build a profitable business and benefit from YOPA’s technology‑driven platform and central support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined territory of postcodes.
• Generate and convert high‑quality leads supplied by YOPA’s central team.
• Develop and lead a local team of agents, setting schedules and targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the buying and selling process.
• Collaborate with YOPA’s marketing, contact centre and learning teams to maximise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency, including valuing, listing and completing sales.
• Demonstrated ability to run a business or team with autonomy.
• Strong understanding of the local property market.
