Territory Manager – Estate Agency (Yorkshire & Humberside)

About the role

Yopa is seeking experienced estate agents to become Territory Managers within the Yorkshire and Humberside region. You will run your own portfolio of postcodes, build a profitable business and benefit from Yopa’s technology‑led platform and central support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of postcodes, generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Leverage Yopa’s free lead generation service and schedule appointments.
• Earn additional incentives for self‑generated leads and referrals to partnered conveyancers and Scout Financial Services.
• Set your own commission rates, operate with No Sale, No Fee options and employ your own team.
• Utilise in‑house marketing resources and monthly budget for local promotion.
• Participate in Yopa’s Tech for Schools sponsorship and other visibility schemes.
• Collaborate with contact‑centre advisors and a personal property adviser to maintain customer relationships.
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship from the Divisional Franchise Director and regular peer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a strong track record of valuing and listing homes.
• Ability to guide customers through the full buying and selling journey.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow an independent business.
