Test Analyst – 7‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Systems Test Analyst will support test activities for Superdrug’s R10 EPOS Transformation Programme. Working closely with the Test Manager, Programme Manager, Business Analysts and technical teams, you will help design, prepare, execute and capture evidence for test scenarios across store and integration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, designs and acceptance criteria to create effective test scenarios and scripts.
• Design and review test cases covering core R10 business and store processes, ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Prepare test packs for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute test cases for SIT and support UAT, validating end‑to‑end retail journeys such as sales, returns, pricing, promotions, gift cards and payments.
• Validate complex promotions, supplier‑funded scenarios and retrospective funding processes to ensure accurate pricing and financial outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in testing retail or EPOS systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, SMEs and technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and design comprehensive test coverage.
