Trainee / Entry-Level Recruiter – Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a motivated trainee recruiter to join our fast‑growing engineering recruitment consultancy in Bristol. This entry‑level position offers full training, a competitive commission structure and a clear path to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage engineering candidates across the UK.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and CRM.
• Support senior consultants in client account management and business development.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and driven individual eager to build a career in recruitment or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work hard, learn quickly and progress rapidly.
• Interest in engineering, technical or IT sectors.
