Trainee – European Living Investments (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Invesco’s Real Estate Living Investments team as a 12‑month trainee, supporting the Senior Director on European student‑housing projects. This fixed‑term position offers hands‑on experience across business development, asset management, investment analysis, market intelligence and transaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on new living‑asset classes and prepare presentation material for internal committees and external clients.
• Assist asset‑management teams with data collection, reporting templates and performance analysis for purpose‑built student accommodation assets.
• Analyse potential investments, source comparable data, build and run cash‑flow models and perform sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor capital‑market activity in the European living sector and maintain contacts with market participants.
• Support transactional processes, review legal agreements and aid local investment teams during execution.

Required profile

• Analytical and numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Hard‑working and eager to learn about real‑estate investment.
• Recent school leaver or graduate seeking entry‑level exposure.
