Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Assist with letting properties and preparing tenancy agreements.
• Conduct property viewings and follow‑up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate property listings and database records.
• Help achieve weekly and monthly letting targets.
• Support senior team members with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Solid background in customer service.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and career‑driven.
• Confidence, determination and ability to work under targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
