Trainee Mortgage Advisor – £50k‑£100k OTE

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a well‑established mortgage brokerage in West London. You will receive full training, work with high‑quality leads from estate agents and developers, and have the chance to advise high‑net‑worth clients across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice under the guidance of senior advisers.
• Manage qualified leads generated through established partnerships.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.
• Develop knowledge of mortgage products, lenders, and industry regulations.
• Progress enquiries from initial consultation to application and completion while maintaining FCA compliance.
• Grow your own client pipeline for long‑term career development.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• Previous sales experience.
• Financial resources to support yourself for 3–4 months while building a pipeline.
• Ambitious, driven and motivated to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
