Trainee Project Manager (Entry‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our graduate‑level Project Management programme as a Trainee Project Manager. The role is fully remote and designed for candidates with little or no prior experience who want to launch a career in managing projects across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, status reports and risk registers.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders and external partners.
• Participate in real‑world project placements arranged through our recruitment network.
• Apply learned methodologies such as PRINCE2 and APM fundamentals to deliver project tasks.

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Motivation to develop a professional project management career.

Required skills

• None specific – the role provides training in APM Project Fundamentals and PRINCE2 Foundation.
