Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop relationships with candidates and client organisations in AI, tech and clean‑energy markets.
• Support senior consultants on client briefs and market research.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with strong communication skills.
• Interest in AI, technology, data or clean‑energy sectors.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and develop a long‑term career in recruitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
