About the role
We are seeking a Training Manager to lead learning and development for a fast‑paced, regulated contact‑centre operation in Leeds. Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development and operational leaders, you will design and deliver training that enhances capability and confidence across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and induction programmes for new starters.
- Create engaging training and coaching sessions for customer‑facing staff.
- Support Team Managers with coaching plans and performance development.
- Deliver compliance and regulatory training.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Assist with change projects, new systems and process updates.
- Review training effectiveness and implement enhancements.
- Develop and manage a team of internal trainers.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading training within a contact‑centre environment.
- Understanding of the pressures and pace of customer operations.
- Background in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Confident stakeholder management across operations and leadership.
- Energetic, practical and ideas‑driven.
- Passion for developing people and improving team performance.
