Training Operations Coordinator

About the role

British Airways’ Global Learning Academy is looking for a Training Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for the academy. You will ensure that every learning experience runs smoothly, supporting trainers, colleagues and guests in a high‑quality, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a professional front‑of‑house experience for learners and visitors.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day training operations and resolve on‑the‑day issues.
• Induct and support new entrants, creating a positive first impression.
• Prepare and manage learning resources and equipment to ensure sessions run without interruption.
• Invigilate exams and ensure regulatory and GDPR compliance.
• Handle communications via calls and shared inbox, maintaining accurate records and certifications.
• Monitor classroom standards, equipment availability and overall learning environment, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with facility tours, stakeholder engagement and attendance tracking.
• Support Training Duty Leads and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
