Travel Consultant – Adventure Tour Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join an adventure‑focused tour company. You will combine your love of travel with proven sales expertise to help customers plan unforgettable group and personal adventure holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge of worldwide destinations and tours.
• Inspire customers with enthusiasm for adventure holidays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Maximise sales opportunities and exceed KPI and sales targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after bookings.
• Handle all pre‑departure queries efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Passion for adventure travel and personal experience of visiting at least three continents.
• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Sales experience within the travel industry, including selling flights.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude.

What we offer

• Base salary £28,000‑£35,000 per annum.
• Uncapped commission (average £5,000 in the first year).
• Hybrid working – three days in the South London office.
• Shift pattern 9‑6 Monday‑Friday, one Saturday per month (10 am‑4 pm) with a day off the following week.
