Travel Consultant – South East Asia

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant specialising in South East Asia to join our fast‑growing B‑corp travel company in South West London. The role combines personalised itinerary design with a strong focus on sustainable and responsible tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with discerning guests via phone, video call and email to understand their travel preferences.
• Design and curate bespoke itineraries across Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
• Incorporate sustainable, one‑of‑a‑kind hotels and excursions while adhering to responsible travel practices.
• Close sales effectively and achieve individual commission targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests before, during and after travel to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel sales.
• Extensive first‑hand travel experience in South East Asia and a genuine passion for the region.
• Strong commitment to responsible and sustainable tourism.
• Enthusiastic, curious and people‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Open‑minded and eager to learn.

What we offer

• Base salary £33,000‑£38,000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission, team bonuses and profit share (OTE up to £55,000).
