Treasury Settlement Administrator

About the role

Our client, an international bank with a strong presence in global financial markets, is looking for a Treasury Settlement Administrator to join its Operations team in London. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented banking professional with experience in treasury products, settlements, confirmations, regulatory reporting and back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support timely and accurate settlement of Treasury transactions including Money Markets, FX, NDFs, Bonds, CDs, Repos and Interest Rate Swaps.
• Process trade confirmations and investigate settlement issues with internal and external counterparties.
• Maintain and update static data within back‑office systems.
• Monitor cash‑flows, coupon payments, interest settlements and maturity events.
• Manage transaction reporting, reconciliations and trade investigations.
• Assist collateral management activities such as margin reconciliation, dispute resolution and settlement.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations (EMIR, MiFID, MiFID II) and liaise with reporting vendors.
• Conduct AML and CDD checks, perform daily CASS reviews and escalate breaches.
• Produce management information and governance reporting as required.
• Contribute to system enhancements, testing, process improvements and project initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Treasury Operations, Settlements, Back Office or Trade Support within a banking environment.
• Knowledge of Treasury products such as FX, Money Markets, Securities and Interest Rate Swaps.
• Understanding of EMIR, MiFID/MiFID II regulatory reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with collateral management and reconciliation processes is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
