TSA Compliance Analyst – Telecom Security

About the role

We are seeking a TSA Compliance Analyst to join a growing regulatory compliance team supporting one of the UK’s largest telecommunications businesses. The role involves ensuring adherence to the UK Telecoms Security Act and helping the organisation meet its regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate evidence of compliance with the UK Telecoms Security Act across business units.
• Review policies, processes, contracts and documentation against regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance gaps and work with teams to remediate them.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and confirming evidence.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Technology, Security and Procurement.
• Contribute to compliance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance, audit, governance, risk or assurance roles.
• Background in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of the UK Telecoms Security Act (TSA).
• Familiarity with GRC tools or SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
