UK Direct Marketing Manager

About the role

You’ll have real autonomy to grow the direct business in the UK, shaping the marketing strategy, testing ideas, running campaigns and seeing the impact of your decisions. The hybrid role lets you work mainly from Leeds with 2–3 days in the office and occasional travel to other UK sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the UK direct marketing strategy, creating campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate high‑quality leads.
• Develop audience‑led marketing plans for end users, families, occupational therapists, architects and mobility retailers.
• Plan and execute integrated digital and offline campaigns, ensuring they are measurable, effective and aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen audience understanding, manage product launches and support brand development initiatives.
• Analyse performance data and customer insights to continuously optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering successful multi‑channel lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing and website optimisation.
• Experience managing both paid and organic social media activity.
• Commercial awareness with a data‑driven decision‑making approach and ability to identify trends and opportunities.
