About the role

Paddock Secondary School & Sixth Form is an Ofsted Outstanding special school serving pupils aged 4‑19 with severe learning difficulties and autism. We are expanding to a new secondary site in Tooting and need an enthusiastic Unqualified Class Teacher to support our vibrant, student‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, meaningful lessons for SEN pupils in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary specialists, including therapists and support staff.
• Monitor and celebrate individual progress, adapting approaches as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school community and participate in relevant CPD activities.
