Vehicle Operations Case Handler – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a Vehicle Operations Case Handler to join our team in Watford on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is full‑time and operates in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week spent in the office. You will support service, maintenance and warranty activities for our car‑leasing business, working closely with internal colleagues and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day case handling for vehicle operations, including service, maintenance and warranty queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to help the Vehicle Operations team meet its performance targets.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery standards.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Proven experience building and managing relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
