Vehicle Technician – Commercial Fleet (Full‑Time)

About the role

This hands‑on position focuses on maintaining and repairing a fleet of commercial vehicles in a professional workshop environment. You will work away from the public, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable and ready for the road.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial vehicles and vans.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out efficient repairs.
• Identify, source and order the correct vehicle parts.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Ensure all work meets high safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime.

Required profile

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working on commercial or fleet vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
• Reliable, self‑motivated approach with pride in workmanship.
