About the role

Join the Mercedes‑Benz of Teesside team as a Vehicle Technician, working in a modern, safety‑focused workshop. You will receive full training and support to develop your expertise on premium Mercedes‑Benz vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and routine servicing to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults using specialised diagnostic equipment.
• Work to agreed timescales while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant workshop environment.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process.

Required profile

• Team‑player comfortable in a fast‑paced, process‑driven setting.
• Motivated, dedicated and highly organised.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised qualification.
• Minimum franchised dealership experience.

Required skills

• Vehicle repair and servicing.
• Automotive diagnostics.
• Use of workshop tools and equipment.
