Vice President – Investment Middle Office Client Operations

About the role

The Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Client Operations team is seeking a Vice President to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) for our clients. You will act as the primary liaison between the Global/Regional IBOR and Trade Services teams, internal partners, and external clients, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and seamless transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for one or more clients, building strong relationships and delivering premier service.
• Lead client service reviews, meetings and escalation handling to resolve issues to client satisfaction.
• Own and oversee daily operational activities required for IBOR construction and delivery, including broker matching, custodial network management, trade settlement, cash processing, and corporate event handling.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, policies and guidelines to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce accurate client/regulatory reporting and support the Investment Book of Record.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment middle‑office or client operations within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, custodial relationships and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.
