Visitor Attractions Team Leader

About the role

Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a Visitor Attractions Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its flagship visitor experiences, including F1 DRIVE London, Dare Skywalk and Stadium Tours. You will ensure that every guest receives a best‑in‑class experience while driving onsite sales and managing operational costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of all visitor attractions, ensuring smooth delivery of tours and experiences.
• Act as the primary user of ticketing, timing, booking, sales and rostering software, maintaining accuracy and functionality.
• Plan and oversee daily schedules, including race or event timings, to optimise visitor flow.
• Deliver comprehensive training, inductions and ongoing coaching for permanent and casual staff.
• Motivate front‑line teams to provide exceptional guest service and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marshals, hosts, tour guides, climb guides and mechanics to maintain high standards.
• Work a flexible 40‑hour week, covering match days, weekends, holidays and retail periods during attraction closures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, mixed (contracted and casual) teams in a hospitality or attractions environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to maximise onsite revenue.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing software.
• Experience using booking and timing systems.
• Knowledge of rostering software.
