Visual Commercials - Zara London

About the role

Zara is looking for a Visual Commercials professional to join its London team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Commercial Manager, based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise the store in line with company guidelines and promote new lines effectively
• Support the Commercial Manager in identifying and acting on creative and visual ideas, and plan commercial and visual activity daily, weekly, seasonally and for special occasions
• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly commercial reports and money mapping to decide on product layout, and keep up to date with product availability including shoes, accessories and perfumes
• Keep up to date with fashion trends and competitor activity and give feedback
• Work with the Operational Manager to ensure digital devices follow best practice, and keep product levels in the store under review
• Assist with warehouse, orders and reports procedures, and help train new starters
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resolve queries and refer complex matters to senior management
• Maintain good housekeeping, comply with the Health and Safety policy, and act as an ambassador for the company's sustainability project

Required profile

• Previous fashion retail experience
• Awareness of the market, competitors and their activities
• Visual flair and creative thinking
• Initiative, self-motivation and ability to lead by example and mentor others
• Good verbal and written communication, numeracy and analytical skills
