Managing Director (Club Exec) - London

About the role

AND Digital is hiring a Managing Director (Club Exec) in London. As Club Executive you are fully accountable for your club's success: optimising commercial performance, client delivery, client satisfaction and account development, while acting as culture champion and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary business leader across key accounts, setting strategic direction, driving account health and taking end-to-end accountability for commercial success, executive relationships and long-term client value
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Director-level clients, leading consultative conversations and connecting AND's services to client value
• Create and deliver a client growth strategy, build market presence and nurture relationships
• Support team engagement and ongoing development
• Lead the operational and commercial performance of the Club, including P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and collections

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively
• Strong expertise in your craft, with a willingness to keep learning
• Clear communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and colleagues
• Pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused, enjoying low-ego collaboration and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Ambitious, curious, client-centric and growth-minded, with strong leadership and people experience
