Visual Experience Specialist

About the role

The Visual Experience Specialist will act as a creative and operational partner for HOKA’s retail and wholesale presence across EMEA. Working closely with the Visual Experiences Manager, you will bring brand storytelling to life in stores, showrooms and wholesale channels, ensuring consistent and commercially effective visual presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support HOKA brand standards across EMEA retail, wholesale and showrooms.
• Set up regional seasonal showrooms ahead of wholesale sell‑in and align with stakeholders on creative solutions.
• Develop and manage creative solutions for window displays, ensuring global alignment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of window design trends and industry best practices.
• Uphold merchandising standards, roll out guidelines and deliver seasonal training programs.
• Manage administrative tasks to keep visual‑experience and showroom budgets on track.
• Build strong relationships with local sales, trade and distributor teams.
• Support opening processes, sampling and pop‑up installations in EMEA wholesale channels.
• Oversee production, shipping and installation of props and seasonal merchandising assets.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Merchandising and distributor marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design or a related creative field within the EMEA region.
• Strong project‑management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into practical, commercial visual solutions.
