Visual & Media Rights Account Manager - Music, Film & TV

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially‑focused Account Manager to join our Visual & Media Rights team in London. The role blends client relationship management, business development and rights administration to grow music publishing and audio‑visual catalogues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, providing advice on music rights and publishing solutions.
• Coordinate agreements, cue sheets, registrations and delivery of audio‑visual assets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
• Oversee audio‑visual producer royalties and seek ways to maximise catalogue revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent client service.
• Produce reports and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
• Support assessment of new commercial opportunities and represent the business at industry events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the music, film, TV or media industry.
• Knowledge of music publishing and audio‑visual rights (advantageous).
• Strong client management, communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
