Waiter – Serve Authentic Neapolitan Pizza

About the role
Join Pizza Pilgrims as a Waiter and become the face of our award‑winning Neapolitan pizzerias. You’ll help guests enjoy the best pizza in the UK while creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve pizzas and other menu items promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked dining area.
- Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and a passion for pizza.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Commitment to Pizza Pilgrims’ values of inclusivity, respect and fun.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Required skills
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour plus tronc.
- Career development with new pizzeria openings.
- Standard 28 days holiday, plus an extra day for each year of service (up to 5 years).
- After 5 years, a paid 4‑week sabbatical on top of 33 days holiday.
- Free pizza perks and an additional “Happiness Day” holiday.
