Warehouse Operative – FLT Reach & Counterbalance

About the role
Assist Resourcing is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a client in Runcorn. The role involves operating both Reach and Counterbalance FLT trucks and supporting daily warehouse activities on a full‑time or ad‑hoc basis.
Key responsibilities
- Order picking and labeling items
- Palletising and wrapping pallets
- Operating handheld scanners
- Driving FLT Reach and FLT Counterbalance trucks
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar warehouse role
- Valid FLT licence covering both Reach and Counterbalance (in‑house or accredited)
- Good understanding of English
- Reliable, motivated and able to travel to the site
- UK resident (no visa sponsorship available)
Required skills
- FLT Reach operation
- FLT Counterbalance operation
- Handheld scanner usage
