Washroom Service Technician – London

About the role

As a Washroom Service Technician you will manage your own route of commercial customers, ensuring washrooms are clean, safe and compliant. The role combines driving, waste collection and equipment maintenance, offering a high degree of independence while representing PHS professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene, nappy and washroom waste from client premises.
• Service, replace and restock washroom products.
• Install and maintain PHS equipment on site.
• Complete service and compliance records for each visit.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure all planned tasks are completed safely.

Required profile

• Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Safe, professional driver comfortable working independently.
• Organised, self‑motivated and customer‑focused.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months (max 6 penalty points, no relevant endorsements).
• Right to work in the UK and able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

• £13.84 per hour (£28,784 basic salary) plus bonus scheme.
