Web Experience Developer – Hybrid (Marketing Agency)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency seeking a Web Experience Developer to craft high‑performing, conversion‑focused digital experiences. Working hybrid (three days in the office, two remote), you will bridge design, marketing and development to deliver responsive websites and campaign assets that drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive front‑end experiences for marketing websites, landing pages, microsites and campaign interfaces.
• Translate designer mock‑ups into production‑ready code, implementing animations and UI enhancements with modern JavaScript.
• Optimise performance, accessibility and SEO best practices across all projects.
• Support marketing teams with A/B testing, content updates and campaign launches.
• Work within Zoho and various CMS platforms to enable marketing functionality.
• Maintain clean, scalable and reusable front‑end code and manage tasks via internal project‑management and CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a front‑end web experience role, preferably within a marketing agency or retail environment.
• Strong background with HTML and JavaScript, and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Comfortable handling multiple client projects and tight deadlines in an agency setting.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho and CMS‑driven marketing sites is a plus.
