Website Specialist

About the role

Join PPHE Hotel Group as a Website Specialist and take ownership of the performance, quality and continuous improvement of our digital platforms across international hospitality brands. You will work closely with the Website Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Website Manager in delivering the website development roadmap on time and to a high standard.
• Act as the primary CMS specialist for WordPress and Tridion, maintaining content quality, governance and brand consistency.
• Own on‑page and technical SEO optimisation, including metadata, internal linking and content enhancements.
• Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits and resolve issues affecting UX, SEO and conversion.
• Report and analyse performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Coordinate with external web and SEO agencies, creating briefs and tracking delivery.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify UX improvements.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand & Content and regional teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Web Specialist, Digital or SEO‑focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in performance reporting tools.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
