Wine Educator

About the role

Liberty Wines is seeking a passionate Wine Educator to deliver high‑quality training for both internal teams and external customers. You will help shape the strategic growth of the Liberty Wines Academy while enhancing customer knowledge and supporting sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage WSET Level 1 and 2 courses, ensuring engaging learning experiences.
• Teach bespoke and one‑day Liberty Wines Academy courses for mixed and specific customer groups.
• Design and deliver large‑scale training programmes for national customer groups in collaboration with senior educators.
• Provide WSET Level 2 training for Liberty Wines team members and support Level 3/Diploma candidates.
• Research industry innovations and contribute to strategic education plans.
• Develop new Academy courses, monitor competitor programmes, and create e‑learning modules.
• Manage WSET administration, maintain relationships with WSET, and support sales through education offerings.
• Track and evaluate training activity using reporting tools and travel across the UK as required.

Required profile

• WSET Diploma holder and WSET‑approved educator.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communicator with confident presentation skills.
• Flexible, responsive and efficient.
• Full UK driving licence.
