About the role

We are seeking an Account Consultant to join LA International’s recruitment team, working on a high‑profile technology client. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Candidate profiling and interviewing
• Managing compliance and accurate record‑keeping
• Negotiating contractual and financial terms
• Supporting submissions, interviews, and contractor assessments
• Building strong client relationships and delivering against service levels
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and integrity

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment or resourcing
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Determination, resilience and competitive drive
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability
• Passion for achieving targets and maintaining high standards
