Account Manager – French Market (French Speaking)

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to support French‑speaking restaurant partners across France. Based in Manchester, you will act as a consultant, helping partners maximise their performance on the platform through marketing, technology and operational guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of French restaurant accounts using a desk‑based consultancy model.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with partners, delivering high‑quality service and driving growth.
• Execute national and local marketing campaigns to boost order volume and partner retention.
• Serve as the liaison between restaurants and internal teams to ensure solutions meet partner needs.
• Analyse performance data to identify barriers and implement creative, data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French with confidence speaking to business owners.
• Proven track record in account management and relationship building.
• Excellent phone manner and experience delivering high‑quality support via telephone or video.
• Strong analytical ability to quickly understand complex problems using data.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset with enthusiasm for technology‑driven partner success.
