Account Manager – Recruitment Agency

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a small, international recruitment agency located near Liverpool Street. The role focuses on placing candidates with client contacts worldwide, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Place individuals with client organisations across multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage recruitment logistics, including interview coordination and offer processes.
• Maintain and update the agency’s CRM database.
• Collaborate with a positive, socially‑driven team without cold‑calling activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related staffing role.
• Degree‑level education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £33,000‑£35,000 (flexible) plus an attractive commission structure.
• Annual travel abroad and participation in charity events.
• Hybrid working model – Mondays remote, office presence Tuesday‑Friday.
• Standard working hours 8 am‑5 pm.
