Accountant – Finance Team

About the role

Radiant is seeking an Accountant to join its rapidly scaling finance team. Working closely with the Senior Accountant and Group Reporting Manager, you will ensure cash flow, accurate invoicing, clean records, and a predictable month‑end close. This hands‑on position offers broad exposure to global financial operations, from daily banking to supporting new entity setups.

Key responsibilities

• Own AR/AP and banking activities, processing invoices, payments and queries with speed and accuracy.
• Support and gradually own month‑end close processes, preparing journals, accruals and management schedules.
• Assist with revenue billing to ensure accurate, timely invoices and clean revenue recognition.
• Prepare balance‑sheet, bank and inter‑company reconciliations, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
• Support new global entity setups, working with external advisors to establish proper accounting foundations.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or actively pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast‑paced or multi‑entity environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear communication, collaborative approach and strong organisational skills.
• Intellectual curiosity about the business and a proactive mindset.
