About the role

Prolific is seeking qualified accountants to join its Expert Network and help train cutting‑edge AI models. As a remote participant, you will evaluate financial documents and provide expert feedback that improves machine‑learning accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review complex financial statements, audit reports and regulatory filings for data integrity.
• Answer targeted questions to guide AI models in interpreting technical accounting language.
• Fact‑check AI‑generated outputs to ensure alignment with professional standards.
• Provide concise, evidence‑based feedback to bridge human expertise and machine learning.

Required profile

• Accounting degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot nuances in financial documentation.
• Critical thinking with an "accounting mind" for logical, fact‑based reasoning.
• Reliable self‑starter able to complete one‑hour remote tasks on schedule.
• PayPal account for receiving payments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Prolific platform and standard web‑based document viewing tools.
