About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team of an innovative investment firm in Canary Wharf. This newly created permanent role offers the chance to gain experience in a fast‑paced financial services environment while working hybrid, with two days remote each week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team and wider stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Arrange travel logistics and act as a primary point of contact for the London office.
- Assist with internal events and general office operations, including supplies, printing, and meeting‑room setup.
- Deliver ad‑hoc administrative assistance as required.
Required profile
- Previous administrative experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.

What we offer
- Salary range £30,000 – £40,000, dependent on experience.
