Analyst – Regeneration and Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an Analyst to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑led advice to our clients within the Advisory Department. The role supports the Strategic Economics, Case‑making, Programme and Portfolio Delivery sub‑teams and will also assist other areas of the DSA team as required. It combines quantitative analysis, strategic insight, project management and business‑development support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses for client deliverables, including economic impact assessments, business cases, place strategies and asset/portfolio reviews.
• Support senior advisers in the development of strategic recommendations and case‑making documentation.
• Contribute to project delivery across a range of property‑focused initiatives, from town‑centre placemaking to infrastructure rating strategies.
• Assist with business development activities, including research and preparation of proposal material.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret policy and generate innovative solutions for complex real‑estate challenges.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to support multiple workstreams and respond to changing client needs.
• Interest in property, regeneration and infrastructure sectors.
